The Dantherm CDT 40 is a high-performance dehumidifier capable of removing up to 43.5 litres of water in 24 hours. It has an operating temperature range of 3℃ - 32℃ and an airflow rate of 350m³/h, which makes this mobile dehumidifier suitable for industrial, commercial and domestic use in areas dealing with construction and decorating work, leaks and floods.

The Dantherm CDT 40 has a touch screen that displays humidity levels, temperature, energy counter, service status, fault finder and a full water tank alert. The dehumidifier's metal outer casing that allows it to be stacked when in transport or storage. It has large durable wheels and an adjustable handle, which offer excellent mobility. Plus, plastic bumpers to avoid accidental damage. Both the evaporator and condenser are epoxy coated to ensure longevity. The CDT 40 uses eco-friendly R454c refrigerant, which is non-toxic and meets all the 2020 EU regulations for safe use in climate control equipment.

The Dantherm CDT 40 has a 14-litre water collection tank as standard, but a half-inch hose can also be connected for gravity fed drainage and continuous operation. You can upgrade to a condensate pump cassette, which allows the pump to a drain up to 10m from the unit and has a vertical lift capability of three metres. Using the condensate pump cassette allows you to run the dehumidifier continuously. You can also add a remote hygrostat, which allows you to set a desired humidity level and will switch the dehumidifier on and off.

Airflow Rate Of 350m³/h: This unit has an impressive airflow to draw in large volumes of humid air and remove moisture using the natural process of condensation.

Eco-Friendly Refrigerant: Uses the new, cleaner R454c refrigerant that is more efficient and meets 2020 EU regulations.

Internal 14L Water Tank: The condensate water is collected in an internal tank, which needs to be emptied at regular intervals.

Gravity Fed Drainage Possible: The dehumidifier features a ½” hose connection, which allows a hose to be fixed to the unit for continuous condensate drainage, meaning there is no need to keep emptying the tank.

Condensate Pump Kit Available: A condensate pump cassette with a 10m hose can be supplied. This allows the unit to pump the condensate to a drain up to 10m from the dehumidifier and has a vertical lift capability of 3 metres. This is ideal for use when gravity fed drainage is not possible, such as in basements and cellars, and removes the need to manually empty the water tank when it becomes full.

Optional Hygrostat Available:  The optional hygrostat comes with a 3m cable and allows you to set a desired humidity level within the space. The hygrostat will switch the dehumidifier on and off automatically in order to maintain the set humidity level, saving energy and adding extra convenience.

Digital Control Pad: An easy to read screen display allows for superior control, quick access to settings, and detailed readouts of the dehumidifier. It displays accurate room humidity, temperature, energy consumption, service status, and allows for easy fault finding.

Galvanised Steel Design: The outer casing is manufactured from powder coated hot galvanized steel and the evaporator and condenser are epoxy coated, for protection and durability on site.

Hot Gas Defrost: An automatic defrosting function is also built into the system. If the evaporator reaches 5℃, the solenoid valve flushes the evaporator with hot gas. Once a preset temperature is reached, the dehumidifier resumes regular operation.

Large Wheels & Handle: The adjustable handle and large durable wheels allow for excellent mobility between rooms and even up stairs and down to basements.
